Center Click Support

Use the external support form for a bug, feature request, privacy request, or other Center Click question. Center Click adds no support context to the link. Like other websites, Tally receives ordinary web-request data in addition to what you choose to submit.

A reply usually arrives within two business days. You may provide an optional email if you want a reply.

What the form asks for

The required fields are a category, a short summary, and a description of what you were trying to do. Optional fields include email, importance, app version, macOS version, reproduction steps, setup context, and a screenshot or log file.

The link above contains no device, account, app-version, or tracking query parameters. Center Click does not prefill or automatically send those details.

Privacy and deletion

Seryn uses submissions only to answer, troubleshoot, improve, and document Center Click support, and keeps them only while needed for those purposes. Tally stores responses and uploads until they are deleted or the form or account is deleted; deleted submissions and uploads may remain in Tally's Trash for up to 90 days.

For access to or deletion of a submission, use the same form and include enough information to identify it. Read the full Center Click privacy policy.

Downloads

Center Click is free. There is no purchase, license key, receipt, or refund. If a download is damaged or macOS rejects it, download a fresh copy from the Center Click page.
