One person builds Seryn and answers for it. Send bug reports, feature requests, Pro unlock problems, privacy requests, and general feedback through the support form.
A reply usually arrives within two business days. Include your macOS version and the app rev. when it matters so the first reply can be the useful one.
Before you send
- The changelog lists every shipped rev. of every product. A behavior change is often explained there.
- App data and configuration are local. There is no account to reset and nothing stored on a server to recover.
- Privacy is covered on the site privacy page, the Marzin privacy and terms page, the Floatnotes privacy and terms page, and the Center Click privacy and terms page.
- Website terms are at /terms/. Refunds are covered at /refunds/.
What support cannot do
Mac App Store purchases, refunds, payment methods, receipts, and Apple Account issues are handled by Apple. Seryn can help debug unlock or restore state, but refund requests start at reportaproblem.apple.com.
