Refund Policy

This policy explains where to request a refund based on where you bought a Seryn product. Marzin and Floatnotes are available through the Mac App Store, so Apple handles their purchase refunds. Center Click is a free direct download, so no purchase or refund applies.

Mac App Store purchases

If you bought a Seryn app through the Mac App Store, request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles App Store checkout, payment processing, taxes, receipts, purchase history, and refund decisions.

Apple's refund instructions are published at support.apple.com/118223. Apple says some App Store purchases may be eligible for a refund; after you submit a request, Apple says to wait 24 to 48 hours for an update. Eligibility can vary by country or region and is governed by Apple's terms and applicable consumer law.

Seryn Labs, Sole Proprietor cannot approve, issue, or reverse Mac App Store refunds. For app functionality or support questions, use Seryn support.
