Refund Policy

This policy explains where to request a refund based on where you bought the product. Center Click is sold through the Mac App Store, so App Store purchase refunds are handled by Apple.

Mac App Store purchases

If you bought a Seryn app through the Mac App Store, request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles App Store checkout, payment processing, taxes, receipts, purchase history, and refund decisions.

Apple's refund instructions are published at support.apple.com/118223. Apple says some App Store purchases may be eligible for a refund; after you submit a request, Apple says to wait 24 to 48 hours for an update. Eligibility can vary by country or region and is governed by Apple's terms and applicable consumer law.

Seryn Labs, Sole Proprietor cannot approve, issue, or reverse Mac App Store refunds. For app functionality or support questions, use Seryn support.

Direct purchases through Paddle

Seryn does not sell any product directly today. Every Seryn app ships through the Mac App Store, so the section above is the one that applies. The terms below cover only direct purchases through Paddle, if and when a product is offered that way.

For products sold directly through Paddle, Paddle is merchant of record for the payment transaction. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, taxes, invoices, payment support, and payment disputes. Seryn Labs, Sole Proprietor licenses and supports the product.

Refund window for Paddle purchases

For one-time license purchases sold through Paddle, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase. If a refund is approved, access to the refunded license may be disabled.

How to request a Paddle refund

Use Paddle order support at paddle.net, or send the product name, purchase email, Paddle order ID if available, and the reason through Seryn support.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Bank and payment-provider timing can vary.

Limits

Refund requests may be declined if they are outside the refund window, tied to repeated abuse, or not linked to a valid Paddle transaction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Tax refunds

Tax exemption or tax refund requests for Paddle purchases are handled by Paddle. Use Paddle order support at paddle.net.
