Seryn is the public brand for Seryn Labs, Sole Proprietor, which operates this website and provides Seryn products.

Use of this website

This website is provided for product information, support, policies, and downloads or purchase links. Do not use it to violate any law, interfere with the site, or attempt to access systems or data that are not meant for you.

Products and licenses

Seryn products are licensed, not sold, unless a product page says otherwise. Your license gives you the right to use the product under the terms shown at purchase and in the product itself. Seryn Labs, Sole Proprietor keeps all rights not expressly granted.

Mac App Store purchases

Products obtained through the Mac App Store are also governed by Apple's applicable App Store terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom license is provided for that product.

Apple handles Mac App Store checkout, payment processing, taxes, receipts, purchase history, redownloads, and refunds. Seryn Labs, Sole Proprietor provides support for product content and functionality.

Paddle purchases

Some Seryn products are sold through Paddle. For those purchases, Paddle acts as merchant of record for the payment transaction. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, taxes, invoices, payment support, and payment disputes. Seryn Labs, Sole Proprietor licenses and supports the product.

Paddle purchases are also governed by Paddle's buyer terms: paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by the Seryn refund policy. Products sold through the Mac App Store are handled by Apple, not Paddle or Seryn. Apple refund requests start at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Feedback

You may send feedback, ideas, errors, or suggestions through Seryn support. You agree that Seryn Labs, Sole Proprietor may use that Feedback without restriction or obligation to you, and that the Feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information from you or any third party.
